    We are known as pioneer who spread cooking using "S Puma" doing the subject matter into mousse form in Japan and change not only position called cook but also oneself production center and work on tying ingredients and consumers.

    It is offer of dishes to be able to enjoy live feeling that chef seems to cook in front that aims. We want to work including spirit "making new shop of Yamada power".

From rich climate represented by Japan's highest Mount Fuji and Japan's deepest Suruga Bay, we get various ingredients. Type is not just richness.     We are from Oita. It is opposite to ingredients brought up by Daichi and suggests "meal" and inherited "culture".
    We deal with coordinates, the supervision of product development about "meal" including business trip dishes with dishes which had inventive idea without being particular about the sum.

    Shizuoka ingredients abundantly

    We hold restaurant in Oita, and it is nearly 30 years. Concept adding the present sensitivity to wisdom of old person, and tying in the next generation. Let alone making use of characteristic of material, we were particular about container and arrangement and, for "cooking that soul was pleased" with, kept that we provided dishes to be able to enjoy with Gokan in mind.
    Izu has history, and there is culture, and there are born fantastic ingredients from rich nature and the climate. Fresh seafood is famous, but there is taste of mountain which has not been known very much yet including cresson and mushrooms a lot.     We are from Shizuoka. We produce many famous restaurants as owner of seasonal incense bower group.
    We cooked western dishes of new sense that let you fuse and put up Japanese and Western o while being French cook.


    ■Tatsuhiko Koga (Mejiro seasonal incense bower chef)
    We are from Nagasaki. In French restaurant "la nuru" of Atami, we meet Motoshiro Saito and assume teacher.
    We take office as chef with "seasonal incense bower" of 1994 opening and publish Michelin Guide at incense bower for 3 consecutive years in Mejiro season. Dishes which we made use of the subject matter not to get snagged on genre in are reputation. We are playing an active part in many aspects including cooking program of TV.

    Izu has unique climate climate in Shizuoka and there are many natural beauty and seafood, riches of the soil which are brought there up and exists.

    We are from Shizuoka. We study in Central America Salvadoran national coffee Institute in 1975 and learn coffee cultivation, careful selection. Afterwards, we find a job in major coffee company. We deal with farm development in Jamaica, Hawaii, Indonesia and find out extinct kind in discovery and maintenance of endangered species, Re'union Island in Madagascar and carry out coffee industry revival of the island.
    We become independent in 2008 and establish mikafeto. We pursue coffee of the world highest quality without making market of producer who works hard at the making of delicious coffee while protecting natural environments and human rights, and compromising with all trips.

    The world's most delicious
    Coffee is provided by train

    I studied in production center of coffee and was engaged in fazenda development of each place. When we returned home in 2003, we felt that taste of Japanese coffee declined and regretted very much. We made up our mind saying "we make all coffee delicious" and came to run around the world as coffee hunter then.
    We challenged that we made coffee of ship and airplane delicious so far. And we have opportunity to work on mission to "make coffee of train world's most delicious" this time and we are honored at all and think. In addition, place that Izu Peninsula swam in the sea for me from Shizuoka since childhood and often went along. It is the best joy to be able to provide really delicious coffee which oneself collected from all parts of the world in such favorite Izu. Please spend a blissful time with coffee with high flavor while watching beautiful scenery of Izu Peninsula.

    We are from Shizuoka. We live by production of tea in Makinohara-daichi which is one of the best tea production centers in Shizuoka. We clear and cultivate barren land in the Edo era about 200 years ago and, commencing with production of tea, succeed to "tea Kusaba agricultural methods of Shizuoka" to contribute to environmental conservation registered with world agriculture inheritance and work on tea, oolong tea by not only traditional Japanese green tea but also pesticides nonuse cultivation.

    It is more delicious with special dishes

    I inherited birth, business in production center of the best tea in Japan, house of tea farm of Shizuoka. It is small farm, but we inherit tradition and are devoted to cultivation of high-quality tea with pride. "Tea Kusaba agricultural methods" that we practice are one of "world agriculture inheritance" that only 25 are authorized in the world. On the other hand, we want to suggest way of enjoying new Japanese green tea which we added and modern lifestyle and taste while following tradition agricultural methods to keep environment of beautiful village forest.
    We put together to special dishes provided on trip to THE ROYAL EXPRESS this time and will provide the first smoking tea in Japan. Mellow sweetness to remind of deep flavor that is sumoki and brandy which matured snuggles up to ingredients full of vitality of Shizuoka and will patronize taste still more.

Afterwards, we inherit DNA, and we import high-quality wine directly from world warehouseman, and even anonymity starts in 1994. In wine shop "vinosu yamazaki", we deploy 23 stores to the Tokyo center from Shizuoka.
    The industry wins "American farm products hall of fame" for the first time in "knight of Beaujolais" receipt of a decoration, 2015 in "the first California wine master contest championship" 2005 in 1993.

    Wine increasing joy and color is selected by trip

    It is born in Shizuoka, and will this be because it was brought up among meal and tea of discerning producers, liquor? It is only wine which farm of small feelings loads that we visit world wine production center in search of exceptionally delicious wine and meet with great deal of effort and made.
